Lawsuit Filed Against Diddy For Assault After Oscars Party

As a follow up to the story I wrote last week, of Diddy allegedly assaulting a man after an Oscars party as Diddy was talking to his girl.
The man, Gerald Rechnitzer, has now filed a lawsuit. In the lawsuit he alleges that when he walked out of the bathroom, Diddy yelled “What the f**k you looking at dude? I’ll smack flames out of your ass!”
The lawsuit also says Diddy pushed his girlfriend and attempted to spit on another female that was with them.
A rep for Combs says “These claims are completely false and ridiculous. It is pitiful that Mr. Rechnitzer is stooping so low to prey on Mr. Combs celebrity. Mr. Combs will not stand for such ludicrous accusations.”.
