Lauryn Hill “Gearing Up” For 2nd LP

Its been a long while, but according to Sony Music-the label she is signed to, Lauryn Hill is back in the studio preparing to drop her second LP.
It has been 10 years since the release of The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill and fans have been patiently waiting and questioning if Lauryn would ever put out another album. Well a new single has dropped, which will not appear on her album, but it is titled” Lose Myself” which you can find on the Soundtrack of the new penguin film “Surf’s Up.”
Hill is under new management and her camp says Lauryn has cooked up a batch of fresh new material and there will probably be some collaborations once the project is finally released.
Hill has also signed up for several dates, mostly at festivals, around the globe this summer. In the U.S., she has four dates scheduled, including a free concert August 6 in Brooklyn, New York, as part of the Martin Luther King Jr. Concert Series. She will also be making stops in Dubai, Turkey and the Netherlands.
I am patiently anticipating the release of this next Album. Lauryn Hill fans STAND UP! She is one of “our” most talented female entertainers in the business. A lot of people hated the “Unplugged” album, but I thought it was an excellent display of song writing, emotion and mastery of the guitar. Do your THANG Girl. JAH BLESS!
Well as some of you already know, I love Lauryn’s work, she’s an amazing artist…Kpope regarding “Unplugged”, I couldn’t agree with you more. I am very very excited to hear she’s coming back, can’t wait!
