Guess What Today is –>A DAY OF REST!!!!!!
As we reflect back on our Workout Week in July, we did a full body workout-CORE, ABS, CHEST, ARMS and LEGS! Some things that you need to keep in mind:
*The Workouts that you seen this week were a combination of men and women’s workouts. If you are trying to build muscle mass & power-use more weight and less reps…do just the opposite if you are trying to scult your figure-less weight, more reps.
*Rest is very important in building muscle mass. You need to give your body some time to repair, rebuild and replenish.
*Drink lots of fluids!
*Have Fun with your workouts. If you have not ever worked out or just getting back into it-Take it Slow! It takes patience. Getting back in shape is an investment, not an instant money maker, if you know what I mean!Â
Next month, our workout will consist of interval training + Cardio to get the heart moving. If you have any questions until then please let me know. See you tomorrow.
