Could Someone PLEASE Keep Pacman Out Of The Strip Club

Posted by Brian

Adam “Pacman” Jones

Some people just don’t know when to make it a Blockbuster night. Adam “Pacman” Jones would be one of those people. Wanda S. Jackson, an attorney, says in her filing that she was in the club’s office when an angry Jones accused managers of stealing his money and bracelet.

“I was sitting in the office and he lunged at me numerous times in an effort to do grave bodily harm,” Jackson wrote in the warrant application filed Jan. 7. “Veronica Jones, an owner, went into the hall to deal with a member of his entourage. I followed to gawk. He was in the hall, surprisingly reached over or around a security guard and sucker punched me in my left eye.”

WSB-TV in Atlanta reported that Jackson said she was in the strip club because of a divorce case she is handling.

Last month Jones pleaded no contest to a disorderly conduct charge related to a strip club shooting in Las Vegas last February that left one man paralyzed. He agreed to a year of probation, random drug testing, community service and anger management classes.

Jones has been arrested six times since being drafted sixth overall in 2005, including two arrests in Georgia in 2006 that the Titans did not learn about until 2007.

In April, Jones was suspended by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell for the entire 2007 season for his role in inciting the Las Vegas incident.

Pacman may never get back in the league if this proves to be true. How many millions of dollars is he screwing up? Well if he keeps blowing all his dough in the strip club now and does not get reinstated, a lack of funds will definitely keep him out of there. Or worse, he will still go, but he will be this dude.

Can Fantasia’s Brother Win American Idol Too?

Posted by Brian

Fantasia & Brother

According to Sandra Rose, Fantasia’s brother, Ricco Barrino, will be a contestant on the upcoming 7th season of American Idol. He is supposed to be as good or better singer than Fantasia. More than likely the judges will keep him around for a while no matter how he sings because it makes a good story line.

Can’t say that I am much of an American Idol watcher except for the first few weeks during casting. This is the 7th season and you will still have a long line of people that have no chance of even singing in the church choir auditioning for the show. I know they are doing it for the publicity, but it still keeps me rolling.

T.O. Needs A Tissue

Posted by Brian

I bet Donovan McNabb has this video as his new ringtone! As much as Terrell Owens has ripped people over the last several years and acted a complete fool when things didn’t go his way, authentic or not, he is the last person that should be in front of the cameras crying because they lost the game.

If they rip his Quaterback….they should. You don’t take a trip to Mexico during the playoffs. You get six months off, go then. T.O. may be crying because it is being reported that he paid for the plane tickets as an apology for saying Jessica Simpson could not come to the games. Either way he has several months to think about it.

It Keeps Getting Worst For Lauryn Hill

Posted by Brian

Lauryn Hill

These are only rumors, but they say Lauryn Hill was living in the Caribbean for a while, the mother of four children by Rohan Marley, son of the late Bob Marley. But now they say, Lauryn is living in New Jersey with her mother — and the four kids — and may be in significant debt. That would be a shame if that is true, but we all know what Lauryn has gone through.

This may be what she needs to happen for us to get another good album out of Lauryn. It has been 10 years since the Miseducation came out. Time for another hit record, but if her interview from August is any indication, don’t get in line at the record store.

Obama Can Not Catch A Break From Black Leaders

Posted by Brian

Charles Rangel

It is now Charles Rangel’sturn to support the Clinton’s and take a shot at Obama as he calls Obama’s remarks “absolutely stupid” when referring to Barack’s comments about Hilary saying that President Lyndon Johnson was more instrumental in Civil Rights than Martin Luther King Jr. Rangel says:

“But there is nothing that Hillary Clinton has said that baffles me. I would challenge anybody to belittle the contribution that Dr. King has made to the world, to our country, to civil rights, and the Voting Rights Act,” said Rangel. “But for him to suggest that Dr. King could have signed that act is absolutely stupid. It’s absolutely dumb to infer that Doctor King, alone, passed the legislation and signed it into law.”

Rangel also implied that Obama’s admission of prior drug use in his autobiography may have had a financial motive: “I assume that the book was not written for political purposes. It was honest….It was a big mistake for him to have done it [used drugs.] For him to be honest enough to write about it, I guess he thought it might sell books.”

What I find most amazing about his comments is that if you heard them live, it did sound as if Hilary implied that Lyndon Johnson was the reason for the Civil Rights Act. There would have not been a bill to sign had the years of pain and suffering led by MLK had not been endured. Signing the bill is the easy part. So a comparison of the two is ridiculous. So I understand supporting your candidate, but none of us should throw rational thinking out the window and change words to make them different than what was said.

Not sure what the goal of Rangel, like Robert Johnson, bringing up Obama’s admitted drug use is. He is not denying it and anyone that believes that they are electing a person to president with no pass history is fooling themselves. No matter what they say or their ads portray, they all have a history. Most of which includes drug use although they do not admit. And if Obama did it to sell books, then one hell of a job because he sold a lot of them!

Who’s next to slam Obama?
