If you are not from Chicago, you may not know the name George Daniels as well, but he is the owner of a popular record store and has been defending R. Kelly for yearsssss! In November his George Daniel’s wife, Regina Daniels, quit as R. Kelly’s publicist because they found out he had slept with their 21 year old daughter.

George Daniels is now speaking out. He says:

 ”He crossed the line with my daughter. It didn’t get to the extreme of that [sex tape] video or else I wouldn’t be here, if you know what I’m talking about.”

Maxine, who was 21 when the relationship occurred, is still in college at Northern Illinois University and “doing very well,” Daniels tells KJLH’s morning show host Guy Black.  Though his daughter was of legal age, he says Kelly still took advantage of her.

      “When you’re 21, and if you’ve been there already like I’ve been many years ago, you’re still 15 to 16 mentally. You’re vulnerable,” Daniels explained.

Daniels said he and his wife would hear rumors about her daughter and Kelly having relations, and it took a while for his daughter to come clean and admit it. When she finally did, Daniels said he immediately confronted Kelly.

      “He denied it. He lied to me to my face. The reason that I’m talking abut this, it’s not just for me, it’s not for my wife, it’s not for my daughter, but it’s for the public. It’s for other fathers and mothers because it doesn’t have to be a superstar, it could be the dude on the corner. There are guys who sit around and give your child a couple of bucks to go to school and then wait until they get a little older, then they set that trap. See, so I’m doing this really for everyone.”

Is anyone really surprised? Didn’t think so.

Looking through some of the pics from the 39th Annual NAACP awards that were held last night and this pic hoped out at me. Not sure why she does not get many acting gigs anymore, but Rudy Keisha Knight Pullman is no longer the kid we watched growing up.

Growing up has treated her well!!

O.J. is like that friend of yours that you keep giving the benefit of the doubt, only to be proved wrong time and time again. Yesterday, OJ’s girlfriend, Christie Prody, was hospitalized with “severe head injuries.” She suffered bruises and head injuries.

The Juice said it was because of a fall. Police are not calling this a criminal investigation, at this point, and say her injuries could be consistent with a fall.

Hopefully, he didn’t do it, but he is like a magnet for B.S. OJ is defnitely not that dude you want rolling in the car with you when you get pulled over.

By winning Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. in landslide victories, Barack Obama has won 8 states in the last two weeks verses none for Clinton. According to CNN estimates, Obama now leads Clinton in the delegate count. Let the real shadyness begin.

We all have known for over a year that the delegates for Florida and Michigan would not count and for that reason no one campaigned in those states. There are some that pushing hard for those votes to count so that Hilary can steal this election.

NAACP chairman Julian Bond sent a letter to Democratic Party Chairman Howard Dean expressing ”great concern” at what he says is the prospect that millions of voters in the two states could “have their votes completely discounted.” And he says the refusal to seat the delegations could remind voters of “racially discriminatory primaries.”

Why speak up now?

The worst part of this election has been the lack of support that Obama has received from the alleged “leaders” of the black community. I would not expect them all to support him as their are many reasons why people make decisions in politics, but they all are against him. The only one I can half remember offering his support is Jesse Jackson and then he followed that up by blasting him for not going down to support the Jena 6. Good move Barack!

Now that Obama has the lead, it will be interesting to see who else is used as a puppet. The worse part is when they all have to smile in Obama’s face as President and tell the lie during their own re-election campaigns about how they supported him from the start. I wonder who will be the next surprise that the Clinton’s set up to try and stop the steam rolling she has taken for the last few weeks.

Ashanti Video: The Way I Love You.

Ashanti released her new video last for “The Way That I Love You.” Just the average kind of song, that will get overplayed on the radio. It is a song with the exact story line we have heard so many times. Her songs used to be more original.

What I really find interesting is how the videos are scaling back. It used to be the big video productions with tons of props and editing. Since albums are not selling like they used to, the cut backs are obvious. This video could have been made with a quality camera bought at a Christmas special. There was not much editing with the video because the pics of her filming the video just came out last Friday. It won’t be long before all videos look like the Tone Loc “Wild Thang” video again.

After complaining for years about his lack of a romantic life, Arnold Jackson Gary Coleman has finally found love. Inside Edition is reporting Gary Coleman, 40, married Shannon Price, 22, in a secret wedding this past August. Coleman says:

“Nobody was around but the minister, preacher, the videographers, the photographer, the helicopter pilot and us. That was all that was there. There was nobody else.”

Although they have only been married a short time, their relationship has some major problems. Price describes the relationship as “off and on.” and Coleman says “We may go a week and not speak to each other, but that’s because you’re thinking and mulling things over.”

 Price admits on several occasions the fights have gone beyond yelling.  “He lets his anger conquer him sometimes, I don’t like the violence, I really don’t…He throws things around, and sometimes he throws it in my direction…He’s got to damage something before his anger stops.”

Coleman says  “I threw the printer because my agent wanted to send me a fax, and it wouldn’t fax, and she (Price) was upset at me over something that I had done.  And I just took that printer and said, ‘You know what, you just need to die.’” His napoleon complex is kind of understandable. If everybody you met for the last 20 years smiled and said “What you talkin bout Willi,” you would be a little angry inside too.

 Married for five months and not talking for weeks? He is 40 and she is 22? She claiming she didn’t know who he was before they were married? No one at the wedding except them? Police called several times in the relationship, but no news reports about it? Call me skeptical, but it feels like we are being setup for a future reality show as if Flavor of Love and New York have not set us back enough.
