I wonder if Al Sharpton will head to Dallas for this. Bryant R. Purvis, one member of the Jena 6, was arrested and charged with one count of bodily injury after a fight at his new school in the Dallas area.

His mom, Tina Jones says:

“I wish he could just get in a place where he could walk away from the situation. I understand he gets frustrated. But he needed to walk away from this situation, being that he’s already in a situation. It’s very frustrating and upsetting to have to go through so much.”

The really bad thing about this is it causes all of the people who supported him before to second guess their actions. It is one thing to defend someone who has been done wrong, but it is totally different if that person ALWAYS finds trouble. I wonder what spin Big Al will have for us on this one.
