Starting March 22nd in Miami, Mary J. Blige and Jay-Z will tour together in a 26 show tour across the U.S. All of the dates and location have not been announced, but here is a partial list:

Jena 6 Back In Trouble

I wonder if Al Sharpton will head to Dallas for this. Bryant R. Purvis, one member of the Jena 6, was arrested and charged with one count of bodily injury after a fight at his new school in the Dallas area.
His mom, Tina Jones says:
“I wish he could just get in a place where he could walk away from the situation. I understand he gets frustrated. But he needed to walk away from this situation, being that he’s already in a situation. It’s very frustrating and upsetting to have to go through so much.”
The really bad thing about this is it causes all of the people who supported him before to second guess their actions. It is one thing to defend someone who has been done wrong, but it is totally different if that person ALWAYS finds trouble. I wonder what spin Big Al will have for us on this one.
Obama Raises Over $7.2 Million Since Super Tuesday

While Hilary is using her own stacksto fund her campaign, Obama is on pace to set a single month record by raising over $7 million since Tuesday. He raised over $3 million in the first 24 hours. The really interesting aspect is that 90% of the people that donate to Obama, donate less than $100. Some as little as $10 or $20.
The huge surge was caused by an e-mail sent out by Obama’s campaign, David Plouffe, asking for donations to match the $5 million the Clinton’s gave to their campaign. In the e-mail he estimates the Clinton’s may have to give up to $20 million to keep their campaign going. Bill better start booking speaking engagements or write a book real soon
Update: After checking back in the 10 minutes that it has taken to write this post, he has now raised $7.6 million! Wow!

Pookie wouldn’t mind a piece of that! Chris Rock and Rihanna attended the Madonna and Gucci Charity Drive last night to benefit orphans of Malawi that have been effected by HIV/AIDS.

If you remember Laurie Ann Gibson, the choreographer on a couple of the seasons of Making The Band, here is her new video. It is pretty bad. Sounds like she definitely worked with the same talent people that Fergie used, but I have a strong feeling her song will not get the same amount of spins.
What I always wonder when I hear songs like these is how did it get through the approval of so many people? She thought it was okay. The producer thought it was okay. The label thought it was okay. There was nobody that said “This song sucks!” The should had this person review it!
