Watching golf just became boring again for most people to watch and the people at the GA are having a bad day I am sure. Just two days after his classic victory in the U.S. Open in a sudden death playoff to win his 14th major, Tiger Woods has announced that his injured knee needs further surgery and that he will be out for the rest of 2008.

For his knee to be that severely injured, makes this past weekend’s even more remarkable. He was grimacing quite a bit over the weekend from the surgery he had just two months ago, but his knee had not healed as much as he thought it had. So basically he won the U.S. Open with one good leg! Unbelievable.
