Teddy’ Riley’s recording studio has been detroyed by fire. Due to be sold in an auction on Tuesday, June 24th, the Future Records Recording Studio went ablaze. The superproducer/singer has suffered a variety of financial and legal difficulties in recent years, filing for bankruptcy in 2002- and he reportedly still owes over $1 million in unpaid taxes. Recent reports states the proceeds from the studio auction were to be used to pay off a loan against the property that Riley later defaulted on. The building first went under the hammer in February (08), but the opening bid of $500,000 was not met.

I aint’s sayin, but I’m sayin-this sounds like a little insurance fraud going on here. A man down and out + a day before your studio is sold at an auction it goes up in flames. Hmmmm…Teddy you better be careful and before I forget…Jam–Oh Jam—Jaaaamm, Teddy Jam for ME—-Dumb, Dumb Ditty!!!!!!
