Lenny Kravitz has been added to the production team which will oversee new recordings by Patti LaBelle’s self entitled group. Kravitz along with Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff will help LaBelle, Nona Hendryx as well as Sarah Dash record their first new material in 30 years. The Lady Marmalade hitmakers will launch their new album in September and will perform for the first time since 1977 at the Essence Festival in Louisiana this coming weekend.
