Yeah probably, but I think anybody who has a "drive" factor about them always tend to turn a bad or negative situation into motivation rather than defeat. When I read the bit about Ne-Yo I think of Duck in the Five Heartbeats. Remember the critic told him he will be a much better writer once he suffers more. I think this is/was the case with Ne-Yo because he continues to write some of the hottest stuff out. Are they acting soft?
