Hancock “Blows Up” the Box Office

Another great Will Smith performance lands Hancock atop of the Box Office this July 4th weekend raking in $66 million. Weekend estimates mean that the black superhero has topped $100 million since Hancock hit the scene on Tuesday.
Records Broken:
*Hancock is Smith’s fifth movie to open at number one in the U.S. over the Fourth of July weekend
*Will Smith becomes the first star to score eight $100 million movies in a row.
This movie was very well done. If you have not seen it, please make your way to your local movie theater ASAP. Great Job Will Smith, hopefully this film will get you a nod for an Oscar! Good luck bro’
