Doesn’t sound like the best reason to get married, but Nick Cannon insisted on rushing his new bride up the aisle - because he didn’t want friends to bombard the couple with pre-wedding questions.
The couple married after only a six-week romance and admits he didn’t want to hear from family and friends who thought the wedding was premature.
Nick says,

“We really kept the whole relationship aspect of it quiet… because that would have been not quiet or private. I think we didn’t want to give people a chance to be like, ‘What are you doing? What are you talking about? This is so quick. Are you sure?’”

We’ll sorry to tell you Nick, but people are still saying that. Seems like he is defending his decision quite a bit.
