The singer – who starred in 1985 Bond film A View To Kill – is reportedly in the frame to lend her vocals to the Quantum of Solace title track. A source tells a British newsapaper, “There have been very positive discussions. It’s looking very hopeful.” Speculation about who will sing the title track for the new 007 movie has been rife – with rumours that Amy Winehouse, Leona Lewis, Beyonce Knowles, Duran Duran and Welsh singer Duffy all have been considered for the project.
