Melanie Brown Gives Birth On Eddie Murphy Birthday
Posted by BrianNow everyone has heard the reports that Scary Spice has claimed that Eddie Murphy (the man that owes me 9 dollars for Norbit) is the father of her baby. Well if you read the It’s Yo Birthday post earlier then you would know today is Eddie Birthday. Now yall know that Eddie has denied that baby all along how funny would it be to see his ass on Maury P show with a header:
The baby look like you and yall got the same birthday.
Was Eddie Murphy Wrong For Leaving Oscars Early?
Posted by BrianThe brotha was upset! After Eddie Murphy did not win the Oscar on Sunday for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Dreamgirls, he and his girlfriend, Tracey Edmunds left the show.
By leaving early, he did not see Jennifer Hudson win for Best Supporting Actress and he also did not see the rest of the Dreamgirls cast perform.
It is easy for me to say I would have stuck around to show support, but I like to win even more than the next man, so I could also see myself bailing out.
Is he wrong for that?
Norbit Number One At The Box Office
Posted by BrianDespite the protests, Eddie Murphy held the top spot at the box office with his new movie Norbit, bringing in $31.3 million in the first weekend. Norbit was able to bring in more than $20 million more than the second place movie for the weekend.
This is the 14th #1 movie for Eddie Murphy. That is a lot and something that goes under the radar. I wonder how many other actors have a resume like that. That’s solid. Congrats Eddie!

Eddie Murphy’s New Movie “Norbit” Seeing Protest
Posted by BrianEddie Murphy’s new movie Norbit is being protested by activist and community leaders nationwide as they say his portrayal of a “Fat black woman” is direspectful and humiliating to black women. This pic is pretty ridiculous.
Eddie you are funnier than that! Although I did think Nutty Professor was a hilarious movie, it seems that in this movie his portrayal of multiple characters has crossed the line. Afrobella writes a pretty interesting article on the topic here.
Eddie should take a look here if he wants an example of people to portray.
