Rapper Rick Ross has put a stop to marriage reports claiming he is to wed Foxy Brown, insisting it’s a false rumour.  The stars were expected to reveal their happy news at the BET Awards in Los Angeles on Tuesday, but the announcement never came.

Now Ross has shot down the wedding talk, telling MTV.com, “Nah, nah, nah. The engagement is just speculation. I’m married to the money.”

According to Hip Hop Weekly, the publication that broke the news of the couple’s romance, Brown is due to move to Ross’ native Miami, Florida, where they will set up home.

Well at least Foxy knows going in that she’s second  behind money.  I’m sure that won’t bother her too much.  After all, she ain’t pounding out a bunch of hit records herself right now.

Criminal Court Judge Laura Ward denied Foxy Brown’s plea for an early exit after spending 5 days in jail.

Over the past year Foxy has been racking up arrest ranging from parking tickets to assualts and had the nerve to skip countless court dates. She is currently being detained in Riker’s Isle. The judge states that she will remin there until her next hearing scheduled for September 7th.

Despite all these “troubles”, Foxy is pregnant, has recently anounced wedding plans and also signed a multi-million dollar deal with Koch Records. Of course, her legal team plans to appeal the decision.

It will be interesting to see how this turns out. We reported on this story as all these troubles started to unfold. She hasn’t made a hit in a long, long time…a multi million dollar deal…what the hell is wrong with Koch Records, not sure what you are seeing here. I watched a YouTube video of her and Babs from making the band rambling about doing this and that. SHUT THE HELL UP, Both of you and make some music worth listening too. You worried about beating up people…didn’t you just get your ass whooped not too long ago. Damn…let me chill out ;)  

Foxy Brown was hauled off to jail Wednesday after a judge revoked her probation. The 27-year-old rapper was accused of violating the terms of her release after she was arrested earlier this month on charges she smacked her neighbor with her cell phone. Authorities said Brown also skipped her anger management classes and traveled out of the city without permission.

“She has an air of entitlement about her,” city Department of Probation lawyer Matilde Leo said at a hearing in Manhattan Criminal Court. “Probation is a privilege, not a right. … She has finally abused that privilege to the point of no return.”

Judge Melissa Jackson ordered Brown jailed until her next hearing on Sept. 7.

Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, was on probation for attacking two manicurists at a nail salon in 2004. She was arrested Aug. 14 on charges of assaulting Arlene Raymond, 25, on July 30 after the pair got into a fight over Brown blasting her car stereo near her home in Brooklyn.

Brown’s lawyer, state Sen. John Sampson, argued that it wasn’t necessary to send her back to jail.

He told the judge the case against Brown in Brooklyn was weak, and that Brown is three months’ pregnant. He said Brown has turned her life around with her pregnancy, wedding plans and deals for a new album and reality television show.

I guess ya’ll were right, her being pregant did not keep her out of jail.  She should learn something from all of these stupid court appearances.  That lesson is, she’s washed up, hasn’t had a hit in years, so no one is going to comp her anything.  She also must have forgot about the new school hustle, sue a celebrity for anything to get loot, but she actually gives people reasons to sure her. 

I guess the beat down Foxy Brown took a couple of weeks ago is not sitting too well with her. According to Page Six, Foxy has not been heard from for over a week.

Her attorney said:

“She’s probably getting some much needed rest,” said Sampson. “She’s been given authorization to travel and she could be working on her album. She is trying to get her album done. Depending on whom she’s working with, she could be anywhere.” 

She was last seen on the 29th of June clowning on a plane on her way to London.

“She was trying to hold up the show because some of her entourage was late,” said one passenger. “She got off the plane, then on, then off again. We’re sitting there for an hour and then the pilot comes on and said we’d be waiting a little longer for some people. Then another hour went by and they had to refuel. 

Two things strike me about this. 1) Why does she have an entourage and they really need to find a more steady job and 2) when was the last Foxy Brown album?

Hope she is alright and just taking some time to get her mind right, been a tough 2007 for her.
