Oscar winner Halle Berry is appearing in a series of public service announcements to raise awareness about ovarian cancer. The campaign, due to begin this August, is a collaboration with the Callaway Golf Foundation and the Entertainment Industry Foundation.

Morgan Freeman feared for James McAvoy’s health on the set of their movie ‘Wanted’, after witnessing his co-star pushing himself to the limit. The veteran actor was impressed by McAvoy’s commitment to the action film, which required him to slave four nights a week in the gym to transform his physique.

He says, “James is a hard-working kid, maybe too hard. This was an action movie and he got a little ill.”

A new online poll has named Tyra Banks as the hardest working person in showbusiness. A model, talk show host and television presenter, Banks has become a minimogul since stepping down from the catwalk in 2006. Banks beat American Idol host and DJ Ryan Seacrest, Jennifer Lopez, Heidi Klum and Sean `Diddy’ Combs to claim the top spot on Parade.com’s annual Summer Pop Culture poll.

The poll also claimed Oprah Winfrey as the celebrity most people would like as a next-door neighbor and Nicole Richie beat Mel Gibson and Tom Cruise to become the celebrity with the Most Improved Reputation. Meanwhile, voters chose Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer as the Most Unlikely Couple and Halle Berry beat out Jennifer Lopez and Jessica Alba to claim the Hottest New Mama crown.

This is the first time I have heard any women say this, but Halle Berry has said that she wants to stay pregnant forever. In an interview with InStyle Magazine she says:

““My skin is aglow from all the hormones. I want to stay pregnant forever. Right now I just have so much joy and energy that I feel like I’ve already done 12 things today. I can just go and go and go.”

Although there are not many women that I hear say things like this, I guess that’s better than the pregnant women that gets mad somewhere around day five. More importantly, I wonder if Halle is taking new applications and where can I sign up.

You would swear that a person like Halle Berry would be the happiest person on earth and never have anything to be upset about. Oscars, Beauty, Rich, Etc. 

Pretty far from the truth. According to TMZ, Halle tried to commit suicide when she was going through divorce from her first husband, David Justice.

Berry claimed she tried to use exhaust fumes to take her own life, but thanks to a powerful vision, stopped at the last minute.

Berry Said, “I was sitting in my car, and I knew the gas was coming, when I had an image of my mother finding me. She sacrificed so much for her children, and to end my life would be an incredibly selfish thing to do. It was all about a relationship. My sense of worth was so low. I promised myself I would never be a coward again.”

She had to go to sex therapy with her second husband, Eric Benet.
