Keyshia Cole wants to be a vet when she retires from music. The singer is determined to have a life after fame, even if it means studying for six years so she is qualified to treat sick animals. The 26-year-old Grammy nominee says, “You can make it as whatever you want to be in life… I want to be a singer, I want to be a veterinarian. I think I can still do it so…six years of school I don’t know.”

Keyshia Cole is on FIRE right now. Cole, has become the first female in the 14-year history of the Nielson BDS based Urban charts to land three consecutive #1’s including: Let it Go ft. Missy and Lil Kim, I Should Have Cheated in 2005, and Love in 2006.

To top that, Cole has also been featured on a couple other #1 hits that were not featured on her albums: Sean Paul’s, Give It Up To Me and Diddy’s smash hit Last Night.

Her album, Just Like You will drop on September 25th. Keyshia Cole fans can check her out next Sunday, September 6 as she will perform the national anthem on NBC @ 8pm as the Indy Colts take on the New Orleans Saints.

Mo’Nique did a hell of a job of introducing Diddy last night, but once he hit the stage I for one was extremely disappointed. Why is that you ask?!

Was it the old school MJ leather Jacket? No…that wasn’t it.

Was it the half ass dance routine he did? No…that wasn’t it either.

How ’bout the subpar verse by Lil Kim? Nope, that was expected.

So it must’ve been Keyshia Cole’s less than average singing? Anybody that thinks her singing was less than great is lunchin! In fact, had she done that set on her own it would’ve been all I can ask for and more.

My problem was with Diddy, Puffy, Milli, Vanilli, whatever he wants to call himself, lip syncing his parts. Let’s be honest, I don’t think there’s a person in the world that thought he could sing. He would’ve been better off doing an old school “Puff Daddy” routine, spinning around, making noises in the background and let Keyshia Cole do her thing. I guess he was too engulfed in trying to make the 4th band that he forgot to come up with a Diddy-like performance at last night’s show.

In the latest version of “I Can’t Let the Fame Go” Keith Sweat’s PR people have managed to try and keep the 90’s R&B star in the headline’s. Keith brings his standard nasally tone to “Love You Better” with Keyshia Cole.

“Last Night” the new video from Diddy Featuring Keyshia Cole from his last album “Press Play”. Although this is on Diddy’s album, Keyshia Cole does most of the singing and she kills it. A very solid track. People may question Diddy’s musical talents(which they should), you can not question his ability to keep the cash coming in with an estimated net worth of $340 million and growing! Take that!
